Gerovital-H3®'s a Also known as GH3 or KH3: the principal ingredient is procaine. This is the famous and original anti-aging Gerovital drug discovered by Professor Ana Aslan of Bucharest.

• Gerovital H3 vials are shipped directly from the Romanian manufacturer via the appointed european importer and delivered to customers wolrdwide. We do not manufacture or supply Gerovital H3 ampoules. The product is shipped directly from the Romanian manufacturer and importers to the customer. We supply a service to people over 18, by referring their order to the supplier.

• The customer payment includes our fee for the referral service, and the cost of the product, delivered directly to the customer by the supplier.

• Gerovital H3 (GH3) vials/ampoules are not available for shipment within the European Community including the U.K.

• No prescription is required for importation of Gerovital H3, in almost all countries, on the basis that these countries already allow the importation of medicinal products for personal use. The product has been successfully shipped to most western countries mostly to USA, Canada, Central and South America and Australasia, to name a few, without any problems.

• Where a country does not allow for the product to be imported, it will be returned by custroms to the supplier and a full refund, minus shipping charges, will be granted.

• The customer accepts full liability for the use of the product. The customers assure they will only use the product at the guidance of their physician. The customer is completely responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation requirements. The product is not available where prohibited by law.

• We are not held responsible for any losses in the mail, unless the customer requested and purchased a registered service. However, the customer must allow a period of 28 days after the ship date as indicated on the Dispatch Note. In the event of a claim under the registered service, an officially confirmed mailing loss will result in the products being shipped for a second and final time. The tracking process by the registered service could take up to 6 weeks.

• We shall only “guarantee” a delivery if the order has been placed with a valid prescription, and the customer has requested and purchased a “registered” method of shipping.
